Reg Pula

Reg Pula is an Associate Director and Head of Defence and Security in Rud Pedersen’s London team. At Rud Pedersen, he advises clients on government and opposition engagement, reputation management and developing policy positions that align with their commercial interests. Though Reg works across a range of sectors, including automotive, telecoms, energy, new and emerging technologies amongst others, he has a specialism in the defence sector where he leads on defence strategy and business development for Rud Pedersen UK, working closely with defence leads across the wider Group.
Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, Reg worked at ADS, the UK aerospace, defence and security trade body as the Defence Policy Lead, where he engaged with UK Government representatives on behalf of ADS member companies which include some of the biggest defence and aerospace companies in the UK and the world.
He was previously a defence and foreign policy adviser to the UK Labour Party’s front bench, in particular advising the Shadow Defence Secretary. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Consultant at the European Defence Agency in Brussels. Reg brings a strong Labour, defence and foreign policy network of relationships from across UK Parliament and Westminster, as well as across Europe from his time.
He holds a BSc in Social Policy with Government and an MSc in EU Politics with a specialisation in the IR of Europe both from the London School of Economics, as well as an MSc in Global Governance and Emerging Powers at Birkbeck, University of London. Reg is fluent in both English and Albanian, and speaks conversational Spanish.
