Eleanor Brady

Eleanor has several years of public affairs and campaigning experience, utilising her network which spans the UK political and media horizon to provide public affairs support and strategic counsel to a range of businesses, trade associations, campaign groups and charities. At Rud Pedersen she provides public affairs, policy and communication advice to a range of clients.

She has supported key stakeholders across a number of critical sectors including cyber security, transport, education, environmental conservation and health, utilising her strong understanding of parliamentary processes and the evolving media landscape to deliver high-profile and effective political campaigns at the forefront of the political and public agenda. Her experience allows her to harness a range of political advocacy techniques such as organising online petitions, event management, running reactive press offices and acting as Secretariat for a number of All-Party Parliamentary Groups.

Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, Eleanor has worked for three public affairs and campaigns agencies, a political thought think-tank and in the House of Commons for a former Labour Home Secretary and Foreign Secretary. She has been involved with a number of high-profile campaigns including patient access to medical cannabis, better safety regulation and facilities for haulage drivers, calls for the development of a government ocean strategy and campaigning to reform the UK’s outdated cyber laws. She is also an active member of the Labour Party and provides digital campaigning support to youth-led environmental movements.

Eleanor holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Politics from the University of Warwick.
