Senior Associate, Brussels

As a qualified nutritionist specialising in health, nutrition, and food regulatory affairs, she brings unique expertise in EU policies and international regulations ranging from the Farm to Fork to Nutrition and Health Claims & Codex.

In her role as Senior Associate in our Brussels office, Stefanie joined the Food and Agriculture cluster where she facilitates knowledge transfer, delves into scientific nuances, fosters client relations, and coordinates projects in both food and agriculture accounts.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, she served as a Senior Associate at Dentons Global Advisor also specializing in the Food and Agriculture sector. In this role, she conducted in-depth analysis of EU agri-food policy developments, developed tailored advocacy strategies for clients, and actively engaged with policymakers.

Stefanie holds an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen as well as an MSc in Food Regulatory Affairs from the Ulster University in Belfast. During her Bachelor's degrees, she specialised in Nutritional Science and African Studies at the University of Vienna.
