The Rud Pedersen Group continues to expand into new countries. With Fabula joining the Rud Pedersen Group, the company is now present in eight countries, after adding a Berlin office last year. Fabula is a Lithuanian top agency that will strengthen Rud Pedersen’s public affairs and communications offering in the Baltic region.

“Our clients look for integrated services across borders, and we see an increased demand in the Baltic Region,” says Morten Rud Pedersen, CEO, President and Founder of the Rud Pedersen Group. “Historically, the Baltic Region is closely connected to the Nordics. Many companies have a combined look at Northern Europe when setting up their communications and market activities. Being present in Lithuania is therefore a natural part of our growth journey as we establish ourselves across Europe. On this journey, we need the best partners, consultants and brands on our team. Fabula is a strong and innovative agency that will complement our current Baltic offerings and broadly support our service offerings throughout the Group.”

The partnership with Fabula will strengthen the Rud Pedersen Group’s capabilities in the Baltic Region, where Andreas Krohn is responsible for the Group’s offering. Andreas Krohn states: “We already have a Baltic presence through our office in Tallinn, Estonia, and we are working with a partner agency in Latvia on public affairs, communications and public relations assignments for Nordic and Global corporations. Many of our multi-national clients include their Baltic activities in the Nordic region. With Fabula, we will have a complete Baltic and Nordic offer, alongside our European offering. I have had a great experience with the leadership and consultants in Fabula and I look forward to working together with them for our clients in the region.”

Fabula was previously a partner to Hill+Knowlton, but the company now takes a new step together with Rud Pedersen. Mykolas Katkus, Chairman and founder of Fabula, is happy to join the Rud Pedersen Group.

“Rud Pedersen is a rapidly growing international group with high dedication to the Baltic region, shared values and the same drive and approach to consulting as us. We believe that the cooperation will create opportunities for Fabula to incorporate Rud Pedersen’s expertise and help our customers in Lithuania to solve business challenges and create value for society and shareholders even more effectively.”

The Rud Pedersen Group is a leading European Public Affairs and Communications Group founded in 2002. It has 250 employees, with offices in Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm and Tallinn. The headquarters of the Group is in Stockholm, Sweden. Morten Rud Pedersen is the founder, CEO and Chairman of the Group.
