Introducing Political Festival, a digital event platform connecting you to political discourse – even at a distance. Powered by the Rud Pedersen Group.

Political Festival is a digital meeting place for everyone interested in discussions and topics that are important to society. Politics today is a more serious topic than ever – therefore it is paramount to keep the dialogue open and celebrate discussion.

For many years, the Nordic countries have held week-long political festivals every summer. The festivals attract politicians, public officials, companies, communication experts and citizens in the 10,000s to celebrate political discussion in an open atmosphere. This year, the COVID-19 crisis has forced most political weeks to cancel.

Political Festival is based on this Nordic heritage, extending the concept throughout Europe as well as throughout the year.

“With the societal disruption caused by the COVID-19 crisis, political discourse is more important now than ever,” states Rud Pedersen Group CEO & President Morten Rud Pedersen. “However, the crisis restrictions have made it more difficult to engage in the typical ways. That is why we have created Political Festival: to keep the conversion going by adapting to the changed circumstances.”

“Political Festival gathers all events and webinars occurring across our seven offices, and those of other relevant companies and organisations as well,” adds Jonatan Tylsgaard Larsen, Group Affairs Director. “We are now open to bringing in partners to join us and showcase their events on the platform.”
