Neele has extensive experience spanning 10 years in both the public and private sector in Germany with a focus on urban development, smart city, mobility and digitalisation. As a member of the leadership team of the Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Germany she leads consulting projects in Public Sector & Infrastructure.
Her professional background covers public sector consulting, public administration and government institutions as well as the micromobility industry. Positions held prior to joining Rud Pedersen Public Affairs include Head of Public Policy DACH at Voi Technology, Advisor for Smart City and Digitalisation at the Berlin Senate Chancellery, Project Group Lead within the Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing in Berlin as well as Project Consultant for complan Kommunalberatung GmbH, a public sector consulting company based in Potsdam, Germany.
Neele holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Natural Resources from Cornell University, USA, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Historical Urban Studies from Technische Universität Berlin. She is based in Berlin.
