Espen Hansen Aspås

Aspås has extensive experience from tender processes and comes to Rud Pedersen from the position of Head of the Contract Section of Norwegian Defense Material Agency (NDMA) Land Systems. In recent years, Aspås has led more than 50 different tender processes.
He has also been chief of the Contracts department for BTV procurement, a regional public procurement office, for three county municipalities.
In addition to this, Aspås has political experience, and is currently a member of the municipal council in Asker. Aspås has education in social economy, history, and management from civil and military academies.
