Kairi is a partner and head of the government relations team at META. Before joining META, she was CEO and founder of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Estonia.
Based on her experience, Kairi specialises in government relations, policy analysis and strategic communications. Kairi has been the head of the Prime Minister’s Office during the governments of Andrus Ansip and Taavi Rõivas and has worked as a special advisor to several ministers. She also has experience as Head of International Regulatory Relations at Eesti Energia.
Kairi’s strengths include a very good knowledge of the Estonian political landscape and an insider’s understanding of the work processes of government bodies. This is complemented by an excellent network of contacts and the ability to find common ground on even the most complex issues.
