Andreas Kaju

Andreas is a co-founder and managing partner of META, as well as a member of the management board.

He is a trustworthy advisor to the managers of several international businesses operating in the Baltic States, as well as fast-growing Estonian companies. During long-term consulting relationships, Andreas has supported his clients in making management decisions and seeking changes, particularly in the banking and financial services, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, transit and logistics, food and beverage, and a number of other heavily regulated business areas.

In addition to his long-term clients, Andreas advises on various strategy-development projects and complex crises throughout META’s client portfolio.
