Sofie Ustrup

Sofie is Director and Head of Healthcare at Rud Pedersen and has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She combines deep insight into the life science industry with extensive experience from both the consulting industry and international organisations.

Prior to her time at Rud Pedersen, Sofie was Head of Policy & Communication at MSD Denmark, where she played a central role in developing strategies within policy and communication and ensuring that they came to life. She has also worked at both global and Nordic levels at Lundbeck and Gilead, where she has helped shape and strengthen the collaboration between policy, industry and the healthcare sector. With her broad experience and sharp strategic approach, Sofie helps clients navigate the complex healthcare landscape and develop effective solutions that balance business goals and social responsibility.

Sofie holds a Master's Degree in Communications & Business Studies from RUC.
