Milly Doolan

Milly is one of the Managing Partners at Rud Pedersen Croatia, overseeing policy fields that span digital, AI, security & defence, health and food & agri. Her areas of expertise include campaign advisory, strategy development, stakeholder relationship management and policy analysis.

Milly’s public affairs career started in the United States following a year at the London School of Economics and Political Science where she completed her Master’s degree in Politics and Communication. This led her to join a leading public affairs team in Palo Alto, California where she worked on campaigns for the United States Congress. Following her stint in the US, Milly worked for a communications agency in London where she was in charge of stakeholder outreach and engagement towards policymakers in Whitehall and the UK Parliament.

Along with her Rud Pedersen role, Milly is also a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian Employers’ Association ICT branch (HUP ICT). Within the branch she heads the EU affairs coordination. Milly is also the Vice President of the Croatian Lobbying Association.

In her free time Milly is a passionate road and trail marathon runner.
