Iva Devčić Krička

Iva is a Senior Policy Advisor bringing extensive experience in management, communications, and public affairs. In her previous role at Siemens Energy, she focused on public relations and government affairs, supporting the Managing Director and gaining valuable insights into the energy sector.

Previously, Iva was the Spokesperson for the City of Sveta Nedelja, managing strategic communications and the mayor’s office operations. She started her career as a Project Coordinator at Gradonačelnik.hr, where she developed her project management skills.

Iva holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Zagreb, specializing in communications and public policy. Her international experience includes an internship with MEP Andrej Plenković in Brussels and participation in the ACYPL program in the U.S. through a State Department scholarship. She is also an alumna of the Academy for Political Development.

In her free time, Iva runs a small business specializing in colorful pet accessories, with her dachshund as the brand ambassador.
