Working directly with our group head of healthcare on both Brussels (EU level) and pan-European advocacy and communications;
Liaising directly with our pharmaceutical client base in the healthcare practice;
Managing the day-to-day implementation of client programmes; ranging from monitoring and intelligence, to outreach to the EU institutions
Supporting the growth of our Brussels healthcare practice through thought-leadership and presence in relevant Brussels fora;
Coaching other team members in all aspects of public affairs and communications.
The position is based in Brussels and may require some travel to other European cities, depending on client needs.
Our ideal candidate for this position will have the following profile:
5 years’ experience of working with the healthcare sector on EU public policy, market access and disease area awareness-raising
A passion for the healthcare industry, its issues, public affairs and communication challenges
A track record of working with or in the EU institutions or national government
Ideally, experience of working in a public affairs/communications consultancy
The ability to explain the link between public policy and political developments and the impact on the business of our clients
An enthusiasm for conducting public affairs and communications in all its forms, from direct outreach to social media engagement
An entrepreneurial spirit that seeks to constantly improve our offering to clients
A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. political science, health policy)
Full professional proficiency in English, with working knowledge of French or another EU official language.
